We have a gig in Falmouth, Cornwall on the 6th July, more details soon but you'll find it by the large gathering of people.
Ill Fitting Shoes are made up by Patrick Whitcombe on bass, Jude Moore on guitar and lead vocals, Jack Dickinson on guitar and backing vocals and Anthony Barrett on Drums.
We play our own songs and a few covers. Our influences are numerous. They include At The Drive In, Fugazi, Jimmy Eat World, Quicksand, Helmet, Hundred Reasons, Texas Is The Reason, Deftones, Hendrix, Primus, Incubus and loads more, the list goes on and on. Our own stuff is kind of emo, punk and hardcore based and hopefully it will appeal to some people out there. Also this isn't our studio, we just practice there.
Latest news, going to do a recording soon, just getting it sorted out. Might make a video as well to put on the next bike vid or something.
We now have a gig under our belt, it went well, now we want more. More songs are being written all the time. Another four of our own will be added for the next gig we play making that about 8 songs of our own.
Recently played on the Vandal punk and drunk tour in Plymouth. I think we played really shitly due to severe lack of practice. We promise a good gig to make up for it soon.
