Texas Is The Reason- EP
Again really cool, if you can get hold of it. Not an easy band to find music of. Only together long enough to do one album which I still can't get dammit |

At The Drive In
Wow, what can I say. What an amazing band, split up now unfortunatly. The music is hard to place in any category, it kind of twists and turns in ways that you don't expect at all. |
Led Zeppellin
You know them. Classic stuff and so much to choose from. Black dogs a bit of a fave though. |

Kyuss
The best Stoner band ever- fantastic guitar playing, pounding bass and growling singer |
Fishbone
Totally odd band. Funk, metal + loads of other stuff all mashed up into a confusing noise. I believe their friends of the Chili Peppers but they don't sound like them. |

Hundred Reasons
EPs are good as is the recently released first album, also a great live band. You should have heard them, they were on Top of the pops twice don't you know! |
Cave In
Amazing. Old stuff is noiscore, new stuff is completly different. Space rock with cool use of sounds |

Alkaline Trio
I like them, lots don't. Forget the "oh their mtv sellouts" stuff. Listen to the old albums for some fine songwriting skills. |
The Promise Ring
Very emo. Really nice, sweet songs with jangly guitars and a great singer. |

Don't get me going on how good Hendrix music is. A bit of a hero. Put simply "The man was a God" |
Snapcase
You want noise, listen to this lot. One of the throutiest singers ever.Pure hardcore, heavy punk style guitar and crazy drumming.
